Bouquet Delivery

1. Next Day Delivery

In order to receive next day delivery, your online bouquet order must be placed before 3pm.

For weekends, all online orders received after 3pm on Friday will automatically be sent out on Monday morning unless otherwise instructed.

If you wish your bouquet to be delivered on a Saturday and have ordered your bouquet after 3pm on Friday then please call us on 020 7240 6359 to arrange this.

2. Same Day Delivery

For same day bouquet delivery, please call us on 020 7240 6359.

3. Specific Delivery Date

Please select your desired delivery date and preferred time of delivery (am/pm).

    4. Collection

For collection of your bouquet please select your preferred collection date and time.  Your bouquet will be available for collection during the working hours of the shop.

We will endeavour to send out our goods according to the delivery day and option selected. However, all deliveries are subject to courier availability. All bouquets and containers are subject to stock and courier availability. In the event of supply difficulties due to seasonal high demand we reserve the right to substitute flowers and vases of an equal or higher quality and value. Where possible the colours will remain to specification and all flowers will be put together with co-ordinating foliage.

Our goods are sent out by courier on a signature optional delivery. This means that flowers or gifts can be left on the property step or left with a neighbour or receptionist if there is no one home or in the office to accept delivery. If there is a desired alternative place to leave your order on the occasion that no-one is available to accept the delivery please specify this when prompted to do so in the checkout area of our site. If you do not want your order to be left elsewhere then please write this in the comments box in the checkout area and the goods will be taken back to The Academy in the case of flowers or the local post office depot in the case of gifts and the recipient will be left a card asking them to call to arrange redelivery.

All flowers and products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.

We do not accept any liability for delayed deliveries caused by any third party, fire, flood, disaster or mechanical breakdown.

We do not accept liability for incorrect delivery address details such as postcodes, house numbers or numbers leading to deliveries to incorrect addresses.

All product prices quoted online are exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges will be added to the product price in the checkout phase of purchase.

Please use the comments section on the check-out pages to advise us where to leave the flowers and products if the recipient is not home and the product package is too large to fit through the letter-box. For residential deliveries, the flowers, by default, will be left either in an entrance (where possible) or with a neighbour. For office deliveries the flowers will typically be left with the receptionist or postal room in that building. If you do not wish your flowers to be left with someone other than the named recipient, then please specify this in the delivery comments section of the check-out process. In the case of your parcels being unable to be delivered, the ensuing collection procedure will be as stated by The Royal Mail and is not by The Covent Garden Academy of Flowers Limited.
